Confidence that their license is in good standing, that every continuing education course they complete is one their board approves and accepts, and that they have met every requirement that comes with it; especially, when licensed in multiple states and with advanced certifications, heart cards, and so many more credentials required to manage. For over 22 years, Propelus CE Broker has been honored to serve State Boards of Nursing as the CE record of truth behind them, and their licensees, now supporting over 2M nurses and with over 1.28M nurses supported through Propelus EverCheck through our hospital partners. And this month, we are celebrating a truly special milestone: our one-year anniversary of Propelus CE Broker serving nurses nationwide.
As of one year ago, we set out with a clear commitment: to serve and support all of our nation’s nurses. In October, we were welcomed with genuine excitement at the ANCC Magnet and Pathway to Excellence Conference, announcing that Propelus CE Broker was now available to nurses in every state. This enhancement to Propelus CE Broker offers nurses a singular, intuitive CE Compliance Companion platform to conveniently take, report, and manage required CE for their licenses in every state. As we mark one year of nationwide reach, we’re also taking stock of a year spent listening to and showing up for nurses. Reaching every nurse in every state was an exciting milestone. But as the daughter of a passionate and compassionate nurse, what matters most is what comes next: being there for a nurse’s whole career, serving them, their employers, and boards in meaningful ways that are worthy of their trust at every step of the journey.

Here is a look back at how we connected with, listened to, learned from, and supported nurses over the past 12 months:
- 2025 ANCC National Magnet and Pathway to Excellence conference: We met face-to-face with incredible nurse executives and nurses, announced that we can now serve nurses nationwide, learned about your goals and challenges, and mapped out direct enhancements to our platform to better serve and partner with them.
- Navigating the nursing regulation landscape: We hosted a specialized nursing webinar, “Navigating Nursing Regulation Policy in 2026: Trends, Challenges, and Strategies” featuring Nicole Livanos, Director of Government Affairs at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), who offered critical insights into the modern regulatory landscape. - Investing in nurses’ professional growth: To directly ease the financial and time burdens of continuing education, we provided thousands of free courses taken by nurses during the months of April and May in celebration of Nurses Month.
- NTI 2026: Our team engaged meaningfully at the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition to celebrate and support our nation’s critical care, high-acuity nurses.
- Enhanced CE Broker website: We’ve refreshed the CE Broker website to be cleaner, faster, and more intuitive. Plus, we’ve introduced a dedicated Nurses Hub so you can find exactly what you need, right when you need it.
- Board approved CE courses bundle: We introduced our CE Broker Professional+ (Pro+), an all-inclusive subscription that pairs our CE compliance tracking with unlimited access to eligible self-paced, board-accepted courses that’s cost-effective. It includes automated tracking with a real-time compliance transcript, the Credential Tracker tool, and streamlined multi-state license management, plus automatic CE reporting to partnered licensure boards. Every conversation and shared story from this past year has helped us better understand our nursing communities’ evolving needs. We are channeling everything we learned into exciting, user-focused updates coming very soon in our solutions.

Of everything from our first year serving nurses nationwide, our partnership with The DAISY Foundation™ is the one closest to my heart. Our collaboration is rooted in shared values where The DAISY Foundation recognizes nurses for their extraordinary passionate and compassionate care, Propelus works hard behind the scenes to ease the operational and compliance burdens that make that care sustainable.
This year, we spotlighted extraordinary nurses through our DAISY nurse interview blog and our “Fields of Gratitude” engagement at NTI. Attendees came together to honor their peers, creating a physical and emotional space of appreciation that culminated in a direct donation to The DAISY Foundation’s mission.
