The top 5 enhancements for CE Broker

1. One platform. Every state: serving more nurses

The management of multi-state licensure is a major challenge for nurses. Our most significant product enhancement delivers on the promise of a singular, intuitive platform that enables nurses to simplify their continuing education management (CEM) and ease the burden of holding multiple nursing (RN, LPN, APRN) licenses.

Now, nurses everywhere can conveniently take, track, and report CNE for their nursing licenses in every state, all in one place. Highlights:

  • Simplified multi-state licensure: One platform for all nursing licenses and requirements.
  • Less time, less stress: Easier CE tracking with fewer manual steps.
  • Single source of truth: Clear visibility into requirements, CE course history, non-CE credential storage, and proactive renewal reminders.
  • Improved mobility and retention: Reduces administrative friction for nurses and supports employer retention.
  • Supports public safety: Simplifying CE compliance helps licensing boards maintain a well-educated, safe nursing workforce while reducing their manual workload.

2. Track your progress: refreshed CE requirements view (Basic Accounts)

We simplified how professionals track CE. The refreshed requirements tab, now available in the free Basic account, provides a clear, at-a-glance breakdown of hours by subject area, making it easier to understand what’s needed.

3. Effortless management: premium transcript updates

For our premium subscribers, we’ve launched a refreshed transcript view that’s more modern, readable, and intuitive. Stemming from user feedback, we’ve tackled this key pain point to make managing continuing education truly effortless.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Improved readability: The new layout uses updated colors and fonts to reduce scrolling and put key compliance information front and center.
  • Clarity on hours: A new label showing the exact number of hours posted to your account eliminates potential duplication.
  • Clear error messages: Errors are now displayed with full text right under the relevant course, so you know exactly how to fix them.
  • Visible course type: Each course now clearly displays “Live” or “Anytime” details, ensuring you meet various course-type requirements.
  • Clickable Course History: You can now click on any course to see a pop-up with full details, including certificates and post-dates, making record-keeping a breeze.

4. Share and export with ease: enhanced export for all account types

Sharing CE credits and completions is now simpler. Premium account holders can export your transcript as a PDF with one click using the new “Easy Export” button. That lets you download your transcript as a PDF with a single click. Coming soon: CE certificates inclusion and direct email sharing!

5. Expanded partnerships and regulatory modernization

Our commitment to streamlining compliance is rooted in collaboration with leading state boards and national organizations. We welcomed new board partnerships in Georgia, Texas, and Pennsylvania, and expanded into Missouri and Minnesota. This broadened our professional community and strengthened compliance integrity. We also advanced our partnership with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact State Commission (IMLCC), beginning with Louisiana and expanding to states including Georgia, Florida, and New Hampshire to simplify multi-state licensure management.

Looking ahead to 2026

We’re building on the strong foundation of 2025 to deliver a more intuitive, time-saving, and seamless experience next year. Expect a fresh new look, more innovative features, and powerful tools that further reduce administrative burden for boards and licensees alike. Thank you for making 2025 a year of incredible progress! We look forward to continuing to support you with continued CE compliance peace of mind in the year ahead.
