Your trust in us, secured

We, at Propelus, take security very seriously. You put trust in us to ensure that yourself, your clients, or your business will be secure and private – a responsibility we are committed to upholding. We build that trust through transparent practices and a security framework.

Our number one priority is always keeping your data and personal information secure

SOC2 Compliant

Propelus is SOC2 certified and adheres to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. View our SOC 3 report

Privacy

Propelus will never sell client data or information to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Data Classification and Handling Policy as well as our Privacy Policy. For our Data Classification and Handling Policy, please contact us.

Data Storage Locations

All client data remains onshore in the United States and is stored according to company policy. No data is stored or processed offshore.

Encryption

Propelus encrypts all data using the latest standards and technology: in transit (TLS 1.2 and above) and at rest (AES 256 and above).

Availability

All Propelus products are hosted in the cloud with no physical servers. This allows for near-limitless scalability, rapid response to changes, and resiliency resulting in 99.99% of uptime.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

With the utilization of AI tools on the rise, we understand there are many questions around how Propelus uses those tools. AI tools are leveraged as an internal tool only only, so PII is never entered into GenAI tools. For more information on our GenAI policy, please contact us.

Payment info

Propelus does not store or process customer financial information. Payments are handled through Stripe, which employs the latest in security protocols to ensure payment information remains secure. Learn more about Stripe’s security methods.

Vendor management

Propelus maintains a rigorous vendor security program that includes thorough due diligence and regular security checks to ensure all third-party vendors meet our high security standards.
