One of the year’s most defining moments was the introduction of the refreshed Propelus brand. This wasn’t about changing who we are. It was about clearly expressing our commitment to back the people powering healthcare—so they can focus on what they do best.
Our updated look and voice reflect the heart of Propelus: deeply human, clear, and confident. We brought together CE Broker, EverCheck, Immuware, and Data Solutions as a unified branded house, all driven by a shared vision of a healthcare ecosystem that is seamless and connected. This refresh reinforced our dedication to life-centricity and meaningful engagement. These values guide how we design customer-centric solutions and partner with the healthcare community to raise the standard and transform healthcare for good.

We received a Gold Stevie® Award for Best Female CEO of the Year, presented to Propelus Chief Executive Officer Julie Walker, and a Silver Stevie® Award for Executive of the Year in Healthcare Technology, presented to our Chief Product and Technology Officer, John Barnes. This year, we reached a major milestone in our mission to raise the standard for healthcare professionals by expanding Propelus CE Broker to serve nurses nationwide.
Nurses can now manage their APRN, RN, and LPN licenses across every state through a single, intuitive experience. This marks a meaningful shift away from fragmented tracking toward a centralized approach that saves essential time, reduces administrative weight, and delivers greater peace of mind.
By providing proactive renewal reminders, simplifying complex continuing education requirements, and offering direct access to board-approved courses and official transcripts, we enable nurses with the means to proactively manage their licenses throughout their entire career. This achievement is a direct application of our strategy to transition compliance from a burden into an opportunity.
Designed to support critical workforce initiatives and public safety, Propelus CE Broker creates a single source of truth for license records. For healthcare organizations and regulatory boards, this reduces manual work while supporting a competent, compliant nursing workforce. By making compliance easier to manage, we help nurses spend less time navigating requirements and more time focused on high-quality care. We are now a proud partner with MAVEN Project, supporting their mission to expand access to healthcare for underserved communities. This partnership reflects our commitment to empowering the system by ensuring their physicians and clinicians are qualified and compliant—enabling MAVEN Project to expand their reach to the providers and patients who need them, wherever they are.
We also continued to deepen partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, working closely with organizations that share our commitment to a proactively safe, compliant, and healthy workforce.
Revolutionizing provider credentialing
In early 2025, we announced a strategic partnership with MedTrainer to help revolutionize provider credentialing for healthcare organizations, health plans, and more.
This collaboration combines MedTrainer’s comprehensive provider credentialing and compliance software with Propelus Data Solutions, establishing a new standard for total provider management through on-demand primary-source verifications and monitoring.
Together, we’re helping healthcare organizations build confident, prepared teams, while reducing administrative burden and supporting safer care environments.
